Campaign for Animal Rights and against Bullfighting in Spain

  1. As a first step towards a new campaign for the abolition of bull-fighting in Spain, I am displaying some documents concerning a recent event: the scheduled `corrida goyesca' which some members of the Madrid mucicipal council had planned to stage at the Plaza Mayor of Madrid in September 1996. Many good-hearted people all over the planet sent faxes denouncing such a monstrous atrocity, and the show was cancelled.
